Biography at a glance
I Wayan Sadwika was born within a farmer family in a countryside named Demulih - 43 kms north-eastern of Denpasar – Bali.
He underwent his basic schools (elementary-high school) in Bangli. Then he continued his study to Yogyakarta, taking a major of Mechanical Engineering at the Gadjah Mada University. On his completion of such a degree, he was hired by a prestigious oil company services – Schlumberger - as a field engineer, being assigned to Songkhla (South Thailand) basis. At the same time he also deserved to a NUPACE award – Nagoya University Program for Academic Exchanges – to pursue one year course at the School of Engineering, Nagoya University – Japan. All in all, he decided to undertake such a course to then reflating to work after the completion.
Currently, Sadwika Salain (the last name is his family name) is just about to commencing his study on the Master of Biomedical Engineering at Flinders University – Adelaide, South Australia.
